Due to military budget cuts throughout the Clinton era, today far more than three quarters of our fighting forces go to war without their proper issue of donkey harnesses. In fact, due to the severe shortage, most GIs don't even know the first thing about adjusting a donkey harness for proper a human fit.

Therefore, I would have to say the odds are against this one being true,
