Obviously we have a severe memory disorder going. I remember Reagan, and how his confrontation with the Soviet Union was going to alienate the entire planet.

Wrong, completely wrong!

Only a marginally small fraction of the free world hated Reagan.
He defended the free world during the cold war.

It's very different today. Even conservatives are against Bush.
