* If there was ever a desire to extract information from these particular detainees, there is now little hope for success.
* The hood is not meant to be a prison garment ...
* When you hit the 'general' wall, you find the missing 'vacuum' . . .
* The culprits involved were not current admin officials, but improperly trained Reservists.
