I use Norton Systemworks 2004 for antivirus and system maintenance and monitoring. But I use ZoneAlarm for my firewall. Don't have any experience with Norton's firewall software, but ZoneAlarm has functions that allow you to designate particular sites as "trusted," and the barriers aren't as high. It's possible Norton has such a setting. There is a similar function in Internet Explorer.
