I have used many of their products and most are quite unsatisfactory if you want them to work as they are supposed to do.

I used Act! Great program but it never worked right.

I used their telephony software and it was buggy.

I nearly ruined several computers trying to use their Clean Sweep program. That program has been so gutted that it is harmless but not worth installing.

System Works and ME were so incompatible, I will not try it with XP.

I assume they are on hard times since their software is now featured by every cut rate software spammer on the net.

I got this I/S package with a new router that I recently installed and it is really starting to piss me off.
