dropping shields
I too, have to "drop my shields" to post while using Norton. I've not played with just turning off script blocking, or other features, to see if that works.
Sometimes, I turn it off and still get denied. I have to turn it one then off again to get it to work.
I usually compose my posts in my browser's text editor then quickly paste it into the posting screen, thus keeping the security off as short as possible. Sort of funny that I have to drop my shields in order to shoot my mouth off.
