I think ufos are just that, unidentified flying objects.
And you are on the wrong board.
This should have been asked over on Off Topic.

And we've been around and around on this subject before and I'm not interested in going over it again with you. Anyone who considers Phil Klass as an "expert" really isn't worth my time.
