I've heard him speak a couple of times. He is limited with what he knows. He made up his mind decades ago and he refuses to upgrade his knowledge or perspective. He is cashing in on his notoriety just fine. The only people who cling to his theories are the ones who have closed minds about the subject. With Phil around, all they have to do is parrot his party line. They don't have to THINK.
