Pre-war Bowser did not question the existence of WMD he just said, to paraphrase "so what, losts of folks got em." Now you would think that believing in Iraqi WMD was like believing in the tooth fairy.

I sort of agreed with his pre-war position on WMD but that was only one minor factor imo.
