Wild Animal Stories
One of my girlfriends just shot a bear in self defence.
She was at her sisiter's ranch in northern California when the bear dragged a goat out of the pen late at night. She fired at it and missed. It came back into the pen after her. Holding a flashlight and a shot gun, she fired again while it lumbered towards her.
This time she killed it.
Pretty gutsy gal. She had the local native Indians come by for the carcass.......said it was scary and creepy.
