At LEAST one of the ringleaders had a history that was public record... There were indications of trouble with this unit a while back...
I do not think they are representative of our forces, but thats the point- their flaws and histories should have been looked at before this mess happened... This is a job that attracts sadists... just make some effort to weed them out....
