. . . and it's still hundreds and thousands of individual investigations every month. And claiming one out of how-many(?) was on public record does not equal all those currently being investigated. In fact, one out of how-many(?) is a very small percentage, nor does it equate to the person being granted access for potential prisoner abuse.

To my eyes, it remains an expensive undertaking, and one which the taxpayer would likely not appreciate becoming a part of. The military is self-cleaning, Robert, but crud still remains in the corners -- particularly when you scrape the bottom of the Reserve barrel during a war.
