It is possible to build single units up to 500 to 1000 MWE. Sea Solar Power plants in the Gulf of Mexico can sell power cheaper in the northern USA than nuclear power plants built locally.

No significant insurance (more than other seagoing vessels).

No risk to the public.

No nuclear proliferation.

Lower cost than ANYTHING else.
