....of the facts of the situation.

Bush actually crashed into a pile of rose petals strewn in his path by his faithful and adoring followers.

He graciously didn't want to blame others for his miscue--ergo, the story about the rain.

How consistent. How self-effacing.

All of this was explained to me by Broz and Co. (I think) they are a subsidiary of Bush and Co.
