Bowser retaliated by saying Bush Lies. you jumped to the conclusion that Bowsers information was faulty or made up. I provided a source that proved otherwise.
My actual response to Bowser's post was:
Did you actually look that information up?
Or did some looney leftist with eyes that track in two different directions do this and you just copied it from a website?
This phrasing might have been misleading. I have no doubt at all that Bowser went to the trouble of going out and finding accurate information from a Crawford weather station.
My post reflected my incredulity that he would go to the trouble in the effort to catch Bush in any kind of a lie. A better way to put it might have been, "Did you actually take the time to look that information up?" On the other hand, he may have gotten the weather information off an anti-Bush website. I have no doubt either that there are those at Democraticunderground.com and the like who spend their days tracking details like this.
The other point I made is that Bush never commented on it at all. The statement about the rain was from spokesman Duffy.
You don't find that all a bit obsessive?
Off Topic » in reply to re: BTW, I don't think Bush slipping in the mud was the point of my original post.
You misinterpreted my response.
