That's the problem, the UN. They let leaders get away with murder.
The UN can expel any member who doesn't live up to the guide lines they set.
To think that a country who gets expelled from the UN can then be exempt form sanctions would be a joke.
If the UN would just stand up to there own guide lines and put there foot down after diplomatic means didn't work then we wouldn't be in this situation right now and a lot of people would still be alive. Instead of thinking about the people of the country who are being killed and mistreated some members of the UN only think about there own agenda.
