Increase in POL demand

will be driven more and more by China, India, Russia, and E. Europe than it will be by the US. As their middle-classes grow, they will demand levels of E consumption that approach those of Americans. I seriously doubt that exploration will keep up with demand for much longer. I could be wrong.
