FYI, terrorism to be terrorism is not accretional, it must be a sporadic event. To be successful it only requires the terrorist get away, and the press report the event.

Remember Gerry Adams dictum, "one bomb in London is worth a dozen in Belfast." Terrorism is only effective as a media event. This is the one way the weak have to war on the strong.

The one way to aid the terrorist is to empower him by giving him the publicity and recognition that he seeks. We are doing that now. It would weaken al Queda to stop mentioning their name and ascribing them credit for every terrorist event. This is their prime recruitment tool.

In this country, the prime ground for the recruitment of new Muslims is in the prison system. Special privlidges are given Muslims that are not available to either athiests or Christians. And much of the Muslim doxology is capable of being labeled extremist.
