More than 1/5th of the population of Saudi Arabia are non-citizens working in the oil industry. If that many jobs were given away to foreigners anywhere else (including USA) I have no doubt there would be riots in the streets, bomb blasts, and basically *exactly* what is happening now. Nigeria experienced the same problem, riots and vandalism when the oil developers wouldn't hire locals to do the work because they weren't trained. If oil companies in Saudi Arabia hired 99% locals, the attacks on 9-11 may never have happened.

Everything that's going on may have less to do with religion, and more to do with JOBS ! Am I wrong?
