Nomenclature is necessary to define "objective reality" as well as subjective reality.
You are correct in noting varying meanings of political terms. The best way to destroy a concept is cloud the meaning of the terms that attach to it and define it.
Republican "objective reality" is spin that operates on the emotions of the masses for its effectiveness. Hitler said, ".....this is the best proof of the soundness or unsoundness of a propaganda campaign, and not sucess pleasing a few scholars or young aesthetes."
Reflect on this when you blur the distinctions that define gulfs in political and social concepts and give some thought as to what ends you are serving.
