Even with a "science" team with hopeless bias and extremely limited geological skills carrying out the gathering of data, the data retruned is still so overwhelming as to cause them to give up their long held delusions of an Earth-like Mars.
Once again, Mars is not Earth-like, damn it, it is Mars-like.
