You either do or do not support the Geneva Conventions. Bush's administration does not.

The consequences of this is more of our people get tortured.

And George Washington was a president of Laws. He could have made himself king and didn't.

Contrary to his own belief Bush does not have unlimited powers under any war powers act or law of the USA.
