Let me see if I get your complaint straight. You implt that since minority contractor candidates are too stupid to look at more than one website to see all opportunities for business, then NASA's failure to place ALL potentially relevant information on a SINGLE website is proof that NASA DOESN'T believe the minority contractors know enough to compete? Are YOU that stupid, bubba?
