Is helping small businesses not what SADBU's PAID [by us] to do?

What are we taxpayers paying Nasa's SADBU (small and DISADVANTAGED business utilization) office a fortune each year to do if they can't even call small businesses' attention to such a revolutionary opportunity as the competitive prize represents? It's not like the folks NASA's SADBU's paid to look out for can find the information that easily elsewhere. After all, NASA's Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) has made absolutely NO mention of the annual Centennial Challenges workshop in its special events and announcements section:

One simple link could save so many folks the time of having to surf the 'net wondering what SADBU has conveniently neglected to tell them. How long could it have taken to make that link? 10 seconds? OK, I realize this is bureaucratic NASA we're talking about, but even the 10 hours inevitably required wouldn't outweigh how much it costs small businesses NOT to know about the workshop and related prizes opportunities. Sure, according to NASA's crew, their time is worth a bundle because, because, because we're so lucky to have them serving us when they could be making soooooooo much more money in the private sector (that they've actively worked to keep down and dependent upon them, mind you). But their 10 hours to make the link or two still doesn't outweigh the good of those we're paying them (at gunpoint, because that's what we see when we don't pay the IRS) to help. Or do you think the SADBU crew should keep getting their money for nuthin' and their chicks for free? To paraphrase your own most likely self-serving question, are YOU that stupid, tax leech sycophant?
