Who is getting desperate? Comparing the 9/11 Commissions finds of a link with one of Saddamâ€™s lieutenants to Al Qaeda with links between America and al Qaeda sounds desperate.

I am just sticking to what the 9/11 Commission said, and criticizing how they have been misquoted by the Times and others.
