But nobody wants to vote for him. Nor Lieberman.

Edwards proved that he can motivate Democrats. He brings in fresh money. He is a Southerner (Bush will have to spend $ in the South that he was planning to take for granted.)

I guess there are different definitions of "balanced". If you think this hurts Kerry's chances, then you have been listening really hard to the Republican machine. Right now, they are doing everything in their power to knock the Kerry/Edwards stories off the front page. Probably because they are so relieved that Kerry picked Edwards, I guess.
