I have notice the air is very clear here. The sky seems blues, in places, we can see the crater wall, and stars can be see overhead.

I wonder if that is the norm at this site- do dust storms not happen here often. Or has it just been a while since the last dust storm.

Speaking of Mars dust storms. Back in college I sent in a story to a writing contest. It was a story set on Mars. When I got it back, the editor said something like, “I know this is fiction, but a planet-wide dust storm is unbelievable. My advice is to keep you story believable” I guess she had not heard about Mars dust storms.
