Craters at both sites have dunes at the bottom, and I'd be very surprised if they didn't--it would take one hell of a powerful wind to blast dust uphill out of craters, much less wind to "encourage" dust to migrate downhill inside craters. The difference I'm focusing on is the dust loading of flat exposed areas outside the craters.
