Since when does not fully revealing a cia operation amount to a coverup? They used the information they had at the time, minus the cia element.
The only real scandal here is Issa blowing the cover of a cia operation with his idiotic public hearing in which a number of bases were also revealed. And then later revealing the names of Libyans working on our behalf.
