You dive out the window with irrelevant comments, make ducks, or bust into forty-paragraph soapbox speeches on how evil my thinking is.
Try something along the lines of "I think you're right," like I did with Buck recently. Or "this number I posted isn't correct now." Or "I didn't know that, thanks."
That's how someone who isn't a religious fanatic handles information that contradicts holy writ.
