United Nations drops their mighty hammer on Sudan
According to this, Sudan is now being threatened with the "possibility" of sanctions.
Some numbers:
Total death toll in Sudan since early 2003: 15,000 to 30,000.
Iraqi civilians killed so far in the entire war: about 13,300 max, if you go by this source, biased to the high end.
Afghan civilians killed in that war: 3,000 to 3,400 (according to pretty much the same leftist source, Marc Herold)
