Red herring
It's of absolutely no relevance whether or not I happen to have a solution to the problem Bush created.
If I don't have a solution, the problem doesn't go away. It may well be insoluable, but insoluable problems aren't therefore not problems.
If I had a solution, so what? I not only don't work in the White House, we both know that implementing a solution would first involve admitting that there's a problem, and no way in hell is that gonna happen. Bush has as much as claimed divine infallibility; once you start down that path, there's no turning back.
