The Taliban, as distinguished from al-Qaeda, has killed relatively few folks of all kinds, whereas GWB is responsible for approximately 20,000 innocents and counting.
The problem with doing this with conservatives is they think that if you kill 101 people, and one of them was a militant, the rest are acceptable collateral damage. And they think their intent mattered.
Which is utter nonsense. One is required to do as little collateral damage as possible, something beyond the US. The Brits and Aussies have both been sickened by the US in that regard.
And they are "allies" in the "coalition".
Nope. Hands-down the biggest terrorist extant is GWB.
