If you don't understand that, we aren't even talking the same language.

Over 900 Americans have died because we didn't want to do unnecessary damage to Iraq's civilian population and infrastructure. Because we are trying to single out and destroy only the bad guys. Because we are trying to rebuild. You can only do that with boots on the ground.

We could have destroyed the nation in a single night without any American losses at all.
