A handful of vets who support Kerry are genuine, salt of the Earth war heros. Everything they say must be accepted without question.
Over 200 vets who served with him* and who don't think Kerry is fit for command are lying jerks. No need to consider the merits of their claims - just slam their reputation and hope no one will listen.
Sorry, but these guys are scoring points against Kerry, such as pointing out that Kerry's previous claims of "Christmas in Cambodia" (Congressional Record, 1986) were a lie.
*And don't even try to push that BS line about them not being on Kerry's boat (although one of them was). Those boats always operated in groups. They served in the same unit at the same time on the same patrols.
