Several of the men in the Swiftboats ad are the same ones in that Band of Brothers photo Kerry has used in some of his ads. They did serve with him, just not on the same boat. They were in the boats on either side of Kerry and in his chain of command. Like figher planes, those boats didn't operate alone. They operated in groups of 2 or more. The guys in the adjacent boats (often 50 yards or less away) most definitely did serve with Kerry.

As for Kerry's records, not all of them have been released. Kerry promised to do so last April but never did release them all.

Senator McCain was in a POW camp when all of this was going on, so he has no idea what was happening in Kerry's unit. Neither does General Franks. Neither of these men may like what the Swiftboat Vets are saying, but the Swifties have every right to their say. If they're lying, it'll be proven pretty quickly. However, it appears their book is very well documented.

We actually have more of Bush's service records than we do of Kerry's. Kerry has not released several of his after action reports nor none of the medical records for his injuries. And that AWOL lie about Bush has been disproven months ago. Do try to keep up and tell the truth.
