Bush has put large bounties on the heads of the "key"* terrorist and the deadline is just before the US elections. This is not by accident.
Having Bin Laden would do us no good in preventing more terrorist acts...other than making Bush look "gooder"** and some fools feel safer.
*A meaningless term in the loose cell structures of terrorists.
