XP users need to read Roberts post

I downloaded a SP about a year ago and it hosed my OPS (XP Home) up so bad that I had to completely restore XP from disk to get it to work again. It had my box so screwed up that I couldn’t even erase the files that caused the problems. I’ll never download one of those service pacts again and if anyone decides to make sure you have a fresh backup because I lost a lot of important data.
