Can you get these people cheaply and in large numbers?

I - very directly - in my post said that it was harder to do in America. Easier to do in Africa and mid-east.

And I do not intend to test whether I can motivate people to such actions. I'm not a terrorist. Don't intend to become one. Though, if America is ever conquered, either from within or from outside, I could change my mind.
