As the same reasoning applies to Kerry's action when his voting against appropriations. Also I would point out Kerry wanted to cut less than Cheney. And now we do need these things as Zell so rightly pointed out. So that which applies to Zell himself and Kerry (Zell voted against a bunch of stuff he mentions Kerry voted against, another hypocrite) also in spades applies to Cheney!

If Kerry can't be trusted neither can Zell and Cheney oh and a lot of other people...
