From the vantage point of the NJ Turnpike and the way the CARTERET LIGHTS tllted and sped away, this could'nt be a kiddie prank. to add insult to injury, the people who pulled over on turnpike got ticketed by the staties, all the while the troopers IGNORED the lights in sky and wrote tickets!!!!!!
