You might want to check what was actually happening, instead of what someone told you happened.
Clinton categorically did not try to Pres. Bush anything useful about Al Qaeda.
There is no evidence at all that gore would have done anything other than continue to ignore foreign intel tips about the AQ conspiracy that came here in the 1998 range.
As for Pres. Bush paying less attention to terror threats than clinton, you might look at what the record actually is.
