Taliban would still be in Afghanistan, gore would still be asking the UN for permission to pressure and talk harshly to Saddam.
And we would likely have much better ideas about how Saddam and his WMDs. Because we would be overtly threatened with them.
But gore would be promising to be getting ready to invent a solution.
