Kool-Aid® is a brand name.
It's got the little ® Registered Trademark thingie and everything. I'm willing to bet that they don't want their brand associated with cyanide, but I could be wrong.
And my mistake, I spelled it wrong: It's "Flavor-Ade®", and that's a brand name too. (Go to the snow-cone syrup recipe.) You can find it in supermarkets and the grocery sections of large bargain department stores.

You can believe that the Dump Bush crowd is hate-filled if you want. Heaven knows no one could change your mind with a sledge hammer. As an expression of partisan sentiment, they are very passionate, but they don't want to hang him from a tree in the dead of night and set fire to a cross in his yard. They just want to send him back to his ranch, to a long retirement. I was going to say "long and happy", but I realize that his happiness is not of particular concern one way or the other to the people who want him to retire.
