I thought same thing. And there many other things which are very unlikely about his story.
I also looked for the story and didn't find it. I concluded it was something Chris made up, or at very least he accepts very questionable sources, therefore I'm putting Chris in same category as Bowser and Lindy.
Perhaps I'm a bit slow and should done this sooner.
Lindy is actually better because she at least normally provides a link to her source [which are almost always something like Truthout or worse].
