Did not have a generator but I will have one in the next 30 days.

As I said above, we have power already (off 20 hrs) but 40-50 miles East they will wait 3 weeks or more. Last minute generators have been selling for $1K. That is just short of gouging. We have a friend that was bringing us a cheaper generator from Texas but since the power came on we decided to shop around to make sure we get what we need at the best price.
