It is very specific:
Divide, nurture friends and conquer the resistors.
But leaving enemies in power has proven to be very ineffective, unless they are truly defeated.
Saddam and OBL would have no problem in killing all of us, if they could, whether we surrendered to their tyranny or not.
And I have zero interest in living in a survival compound, unless you buy into the idea that Texas is one. ;^)
