Until 911, OBL had killed far more Moslems inhis terror bombings of the US Embassies. His support of the Taliban in their civil war to control Afghanistan killed basically only Moslems, and a lot more than 3,000 died.
Additionally, his man in Iraq, Zaqarowri (sp) has killed many many more Moslems than Americans.

Yeah, I still don't know about your stats. You seem to be counting collateral damage (which you do not when the US is pulling the trigger), and you don't seem to be counting Soviets. I don't think there's a way to settle this without a lot more statistics than we have available.
