GW1 was before his time. It appears he never bothered to get up to date on what went on before. Here's a little history on him. Being a special represenattive during the UN's awful failures in Yyugoslavia qualifies him as an expert on exactly what? Compare this to Collin Powell's history and you think Annan is more qualified?
