You're just one of those that don't and that also don't get France and Russia's objections were based on self interest not legality. The same interests that lead them to block enforcement of previous resolutions which no one ever questioned the legality of. This was an obvious pattern that Bush was smart enough to see, but not apparently you or Kerry.
